You will help execute planning/strategy, implementation and management of digital paid media campaigns across Paid Search, Display, Re-targeting, Video, and Paid Social for a host of agency clients across categories, catering to diverse sets of customers.

Responsibilities::

  • Manage digital marketing campaign set-up, delivery, performance, testing, and reporting across digital and social channels including Display, Search, Paid Social and other digital marketing platforms as needed
  • Oversee campaign execution and manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery of assets to media partners
  • Play key role in campaign planning and ideation (identifying KPIs, developing media plans, and pitching channel-specific strategies)
  • Oversee campaign structure, performance, and optimization
  • Monitor and track spend to ensure campaigns stay on budget as well as manage the billing resolution process
  • Manage, develop, and grow publisher relationships
  • Partner with account management and creative teams to develop collaborative creative campaigns and media plans
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and produce creative assets for ad campaigns and provide insight to inform creative recommendations
  • Uncompromising bias towards optimizing media spends with focus on driving maximum ROI on spends
  • Develop bidding strategies in key channels to maximize user acquisition at scale
  • Identify new channels of opportunity to invest and find incremental user growth with strong ROI
  • Monitor paid media best practices and industry trends to identify new campaign tactics and opportunities

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a paid digital media role with a focus on paid search (PPC/SEM), paid social, affiliate and display
  • Understanding of social media advertising and its use in digital marketing with an in- depth knowledge of utilizing the right platforms for paid placement
  • Strong background in planning and executing paid digital media
  • Familiarity with major third-party platforms/networks and their respective advertising platforms
  • Experience implementing campaign tracking codes and pixels to align to analytics conversion goals
  • Experience with audience segmentation and A/B testing to drive learning and optimizations

Art Director is the most important and visible position in the agency. You will lead the function of creation and production of all the design work across multiple formats, mediums, and channels, including but not limited to social media, website, video, print collaterals, and such. As a senior member of the team, you will work closely with the leadership, account management, and media teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage and grow the graphic design team within the agency
  • Work with the team to develop effective, and creative solutions for clients
  • Visualize complete campaigns and lead the execution as envisioned along with the content, media, and account management teams
